Fewer formulas, pay once again

This app is good, I wont deny that. But... How come with each new version (which has the same formulas or even less in some cases) I have to pay to unlock them if I already did with Medcalc 2.7.5 (3230) which by the way had the best functionalities and access to all formulas.

I wont pay again, too bad they dont offer support to the older and better version
