Nothing special about this app

This app would be very good if you could keep track of all your patients exams of the past if you could add the photos I have of patients, and edit it, if you could have already a set of your preferred exams for certain conditions set out for you or that you already specially made for yourself.
Im from Brazil in Recife, South America.
